Emergency Fuel Surcharge

Dear valued customer

The war in Ukraine is currently triggering considerable increases in prices and specifically fuel prices in the whole of EU, incl. Denmark. The fuel prices used to calculate our daily haulage expenses are already significantly below the actual costs. With the future possible development and expected fuel cost in mind Danish trucking companies are forced to implement drastic increased fuel surcharges with very short notice.

Mesterflyt A/S is naturally forced to react, and pass on the resulting increased additional costs to our valued clients with very short notice. This is done only to maintain our high quality and to keep our great corporation going as we cannot continue to take this enormous extra cost on our shoulders.

With support from European Competition Network (ECN) and the Danish Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelse (see attached), we will therefore implement a temporary “Emergency Fuel Surcharge“ – valid from Friday 1^st of April 2022.

DKK 150/ PER DAY PER JOB

Going forward the “Emergency Fuel Surcharge” will be reviewed and adjusted every month and announced on our homepage until things have normalized.
